Mental Health Awareness

The plan was to blog about this, but well, I guess I’m not quite ready to share THAT much (I tend to open up way more when writing), so I decided to do a video to show support and at least touch on this topic. I wanted to talk- just quickly- about how Mateo and I struggle with some mental health issues.
